We can either post or email your Gift Certificate to you or whoever you want to send it to.

Posted Gift Certificates are available in a hand made gift card.

Just go to our Greetings Card page & choose which design you want & lets us know any message for the card in the notes section when placing your order.

If you want us to Email the Gift Certificate then please let us know the email address that you want it sent to & use the "Store Pickup" option at checkout. This way you will not pay for postage or the gift card.

Have you received a Gift Certificate ?

You can redeem your Gift Certificate in a number of ways as shown below. However when using your Gift Certificate as part or all of your online payment then you must always use the "Check / Money Order" payment option at checkout so that we can apply your gift payment:

1. Order your goods online & post your Gift Certificate to us.

2. Order your goods online & Email your Gift Certificate or the Gift Certificate Code to us.

3. Come to the Nursery, bring your Gift Certificate & choose you goods in person.

If you intend to use your Gift Certificate as a part payment towards your order the we can either send you an electronic Payment Request for the balance or you can send us a cheque. Please let us know which you would prefer.

Please Note:  Gift Certificates are only redeamable against one single order & cannot be spread over multiple orders & are valid for 12 months from the date of issue printed on the Gift Certificate.
